When steps are poured right into the pool, the new liner covers them too: one smooth, continuous surface from the coping to the deep end. These are all steps with a vinyl liner over them.

Poured, padded, then lined
On the project in our photo story, new concrete steps were formed and poured inside the pool, padded with foam, and then the new liner went in over everything.
